Terms

Last updated 26 August 2026

These terms cover using singles.bid, married.bid and divorced.bid, and paying for a place on any of them. Each board is separate: paying on one buys a position on that board only. Paying means you accept them. If you do not, do not pay.

Who you are dealing with

singles.bid, married.bid and divorced.bid are all run by Habibicode (Nicolas), based in Switzerland. Write to support@singles.bid about anything on this page.

What you are buying

A position on a public leaderboard, ranked by how much you have paid. That is the whole product. It is delivered the moment your payment clears, which is why payment is final.

You are not buying attention, clicks, matches, dates, or any outcome at all. Nobody is promised that anyone will look at the board.

Who can use it

How ranking works

Paying

Payment is handled by our payment provider on their own checkout page. Card details never reach this site. Prices are in US dollars. You are responsible for any tax that applies to you personally.

Refunds

Payments are final. The position is delivered when the payment clears, so there is no cooling-off period and no refund for changing your mind, being outranked, or not getting the attention you hoped for.

One exception. If we take your listing down for breaking the rules, we refund half of what you paid for it. Half, not all, because the payment fees are already gone and breaking the rules should not be free. You ask to leave, we don't refund.

You can ask us to take your listing down at any time and we will.

What you may not list

The rules are part of these terms. The short version: no adult accounts, no impersonation, nothing illegal, nothing aimed at harassing somebody. Breaking them means removal, a refund, and no coming back.

What is public

Your handle, name, picture, bio, the amount you have paid and your rank are all published and visible to anyone. That is the point of a leaderboard. Do not pay if you do not want that information shown.

The site itself

We do not promise the site is always up, always correct, or that it will exist forever. We may change how it works, and we may stop running it. If we shut it down, listings stop being shown and no refunds are due for positions already delivered.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is capped at what you actually paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes with them. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a payment you have already made.

Law

Swiss law applies, and the courts of Geneva have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not remove rights your own law gives you that cannot be signed away.
